Solutions4CO2 Announces Grant of Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 11, 2013) -Solutions4CO2 Inc. ("SFC" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:SFC) announced that it has granted stock options to acquire an aggregate of 856,000 common shares to officers and employees of the Company under SFC's stock option plan. Each option granted to officers and employees is exercisable for a ten year period to acquire one common share at a price of $0.125 per share and vest on an annual schedule.
