Turkish tanker carrying urea runs aground in St. Lawrence River

 A Turkish tanker carrying urea, an organic compound used as a raw material by the chemical industry, ran aground on the St. Lawrence River en route to Quebec on April 29, 2014.

The tanker was freed by local tugboats.

According to reports from the scene, investigators have not found any leaks.
