Testo Inc. adds new communications specialist

Portable instrumentation leader Testo Inc. has appointed Emily Ruffing to the position of marketing communications specialist for the company’s portable products division.

In a March 5, 2013 statement to media, New Jersey-based Testo says Ruffing has a proven track record that drives revenue growth through brand building and strategic marketing programs that use traditional and online media.

“I am thrilled to welcome Emily to Testo,” says John Bickers, director of Testo’s product management, in the company’s public statement. “She brings a wealth of knowledge, relevant experience, writing and marketing skills that will help us to support our mission to best serve the needs of our customers.”

Testo adds that Ruffing possesses in-depth knowledge of all aspects of marketing and corporate communications management and strategy, including lead generation, event planning, branding and corporate identity programs, multi-channel advertising and public relations. Rufing has expertise in competitive analysis, business development and CRM utilization. 

Ruffing was also a former adjunct professor of business writing at William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ.
